How to use:
- Start by applying a primer to clean, dry eyelids.
- Begin drawing a thin line from the inner corner of your eye, working outward along the lash line.
- Gradually thicken the line as you reach the outer corner, and create a wing by extending the line upward, following the natural curve of your lower lash line.
- Allow the eyeliner to dry for a few seconds to prevent smudging, and use a cotton swab to clean up any mistakes for a flawless finish.
