How to use:

1. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds until the product is evenly mixed before applying.
2. Apply liberally to dry, keeping at a maximum distance of 5 cm from the skin, half an hour before sun exposure.
3. After applying the product, rub it in evenly until it has completely absorbed.
4. Re-apply every 2 hours and after sweating, swimming or drying.
